At The Parlor we specialize in color and extensions exclusively. Our founder Danita Hampton was the first stylist to introduce the safest application of the most natural looking extensions available, using hand-tied luxury hair, in Charlotte, NC. Now her and her team are giving women confidence through the art of hair extensions on a daily basis.
So cute and clean. Boho vibe, all the stylist talk with you - super friendly.! Their front end manager/receptionist is so sweet and had great communication. They even had dairy free creamer! From initial consult to the fitting, they got me in quickly even though they are insanely busy and have people driving 5+ hours to visit!
Love how my extensions matched to my natural color, an auburn color that's difficult to find! My stylist taught me how to style and care for my new hair. She was very honest and transparent which helped me learn a lot about what I could be doing to extend the life of my extensions. Plus, she's an amazing women who I love chatting with! Can't wait to see her again!

I’ve been going to The Parlor since it opened and I will never go anywhere else! I get my hair extensions and color with Danita (the owner) and she is hands down the best stylist I have ever been to. I am definitely picky when it comes to my blonde color and she nails it every single time. And with the extensions, she’s taken my hair from super fine to full and long but natural looking! People are shocked when they find out it’s not my real hair which is hard to pull off with some extensions. I’ve also recently gotten to work with the some of the other stylists and they are all so talented, professional, and sweet! I would highly recommend any of them! I’ve never had so much confidence in my hair until I started going to The Parlor and I’m so thankful to them for that!

I went to the Parlor Hair Salon for the first time and had a fabulous experience. I have curly hair and wanted my curls relaxed. The Botox treatment they use was amazing. I left with the intended results. Soft and relaxed, no unpleasant smell from the hair products. Others were getting highlights and other treatments. We all left feeling gorgeous. My hair stylist was such a professional with an amazing personality as well as the owner and other stylist. I would highly recommend the Parlor!!! Can’t wait to go back. BTW it’s next door to Emmett’s in Waxhaw. Easy to find.
